Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do, every order is individually quoted in USD for international shipping.

How long will my oder take?

This will depend on what you are ordering and where it needs to be delivered. We have strict quality control processes to ensure you get high quality with every product. We always deliver products as soon as possible on every order.

Can I make changes to my design?

Pricing may change if you change your design. If your design is changed an approved before printing there wont be extra charges. If you change your design after printing has started, we will charge you for the merchandise or products created as well as the updated designed products.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

It depends on what’s being ordered as to whether there is a minimum order number or not. Please enquire through our quote form or via phone.

Can you design the artwork for my signage?

Our team of graphic designers will do an amazing job of your artwork, as well as our Digital Marketing Strategist will help you with engaging copywriting and messaging for your artwork - This is charged separately to the printing work.

How do I schedule a pickup?

It’s easy! Request a quote online, call us directly, or email us your requirements and we will deliver straight to your door or office. You can also pick up your order from our head office.

Is your pricing transparent with no hidden fees?

Yes! Your complete order will include everything in our upfront pricing. If variations are requested partway through production, additional fees may apply.
